I've hit 200 pounds again*. Ugh!
Oh well, starting fresh from today. I didn't want to weigh myself but I knew in order to keep a good track of this I had to . I will be walking 1/2 hours for lunch and will be doing a minimum of 1/2 hour at the gym tonight.
I came up with a to do list for this year, they are 100 general items I want to accomplish by the end of the year. Not doing to great on them but I am also not doing horrible on them. I'm going to come up with a 100 list of the things I want to do with my appearance, since weight loss does have to with appearance and screw it all I don't want to loose weight to be healthy. I want to loose weight so guys stop and stare when I am at a club**.
*200.7 to be exact.
