7 Days

DAY 4

Food 2 : Shake of protein with water

Meal 3: Choose a protein between treat or breast of chicken or Turkey Breast seasoned with an adovo that does not have sodium. Combinalo with one of these carbohydrates... 3/4 cup rice or potatoes baked pequena or sweet potato or 3/4 cup of pasta also accompanied by 1 cup of green vegetables.

Meal 4: Bar protein (maximum 4 GR of sugar and not less than 5 of protein), a tuna in water or Turkey Meatballs made in house.

5 Food: Choose a protein between salmon, breast of chicken, tilapia, breast of Turkey or tofu seasoned with an adovo that does not have sodium. Remember NO carbohydrate and it is acompana with 2 glasses of green vegetables.

6 Food: It is very important to a milkshake of protein before bedtime with water

note: 3 liters of water daily not FRY nothing for salads, this is the dressing: olive oil Virgin strategic valsamico and honey vinegar from aveja


Day 5 and day 6 ( : Solo eaten carbohydrate meal 1 and cannot be bread or pita only this allowed abuse Pope or oats in water) These two days is not consumed protein bar.

Food 4 : Choose a protein from egg whites, tuna in water, Turkey or chicken burger gravel.

5 Food: Choose a protein between salmon, breast of chicken, tilapia, breast of Turkey or tofu seasoned with an adovo that does not have sodium. Remember NO carbohydrate and it is acompana with 2 glasses of green vegetables.

6 Food: It is very important to a milkshake of protein before bedtime with water
