Kitosis

The kitosis is a stage of metabolism that occurs when the liver converts fat into fatty acids and ketone bodies, which can be used by the body as energy. It was first identified by Dr. Stephen Moody in 1969.


Adipose tissue consists of very specialized cells that stored energy in the form of triglycerides and released them by hydrolysis in a process known as lipolysis, giving three fatty acids and one glycerol molecule. The ketoacidósis is the accumulation of acids excessive ketone into the bloodstream (specifically acetoacetate and beta-hydroxy butyrate). These ketone bodies are a by-product of the metabolic pathway of lipid after fat becomes energy.

This is what Kitosis Diet Consist of:
Eating every 2 hours for 3 days. You will only eat  proteins such as: egg white, tuna in water, chicken breast and fillet of fish, grilled meats, tofu and vegetables (NO carbohydrates you can not eat rice, bread, potatoes, pasta, bread, pittas, corn). This is done taking 3 litres of water daily.IMPORTANTISIMO! This is only done for 3 days to shock the body, but then must return to the regular diet of course, always avoiding the consumption of sodium and sugars...


DAY 1

MEAL 1: Protein Shake or egg whites 4 women / 6 men can do as omelet with onions, peppers, mushrooms or mushrooms, spinach and red pepper.
MEAL 2: 4 oz women / men 6 oz turkey burger with 1 cup women / men 1 ½ cup broccoli.
MEAL 3: 4 oz women / men 6oz grilled chicken breast with steamed spinach.
MEAL 4: 1 slice of tilapia with asparagus sauteed with garlic, onion and pepper in olive oil.
MEAL 5: 1 can of tuna in water mixed in a salad of lettuce, celery, onion and cucumber with lemon, pepper and olive oil can also put chilies.
MEAL 6: 4 women boiled eggs 6 men eat only the whites.
1 protein shake before bedtime to keep your metabolism working while you sleep.

Day 2

MEAL 1: protein shake or egg whites 4 women / 6 men boiled eggs or omelet.
MEAL 2: 4oz chicken breast women / men 6oz cooked with onions, garlic, peppers (optional peppers) with olive oil and add the spinach last two fists cover the pan 2 minutes and ready.
Meal 3-meat ground turkey with onions, peppers, garlic and olive oil and mix with cooked green beans or mushrooms.
MEAL 4: small turkey meatballs forming 4oz 6oz women or men with steamed cauliflower.
MEAL 5-: 1 can of tuna in water use pepper salad to taste olivan lemon and oil dressing.
MEAL 6: Omelet with vegetables to taste or hard 4 women / 6 men eggs.

Day 3

MEAL 1: protein shake or vegetable omelet with egg whites 4 women / 6 men
MEAL 2: stewed chicken breast with vegetables like broccoli, colifror, beans 1 cup 1 ½ men women.
MEAL 3: Tuna alone or mixed with salad, use lemon, pepper, chilli and olive oil as a dressing.
MEAL 4: 4oz turkey burger women / men 6 oz 1 cup vegetable women / 1½ men.
MEAL 5: Grilled chicken breast women 4oz / 6 oz men with salad to taste.
MEAL 6: egg whites 4 women / 6 men cooked omelet or hard.
1 protein shake before bedtime.

If you want you can avoid the batter is optional, I prefer to take 2 a day because it is more practical because I eat very early upset stomach. It is advisable to take 2 capsules of natural fiber (psyllium husk) which is the component of Metamucil or fiber therapy, to prevent constipation. AND 2 multivitamins to avoid weakness, headaches and dizziness Due to the dietary changes.
